We’ve launched the new Morefield.com. Whether you’re a current client or evaluating what we do, we rebuilt it around how Morefield works with clients, starting with the business challenge and working toward the right technology solution. The rebuild reflects the technology priorities shaping Central Pennsylvania organizations and Morefield’s role in meeting them.

A Site Built Around Modern Technology Priorities

Morefield’s previous website organized its services around technology categories, prioritizing product language over business problems. The new site is organized around business outcomes, which better reflects how organizational leaders evaluate technology decisions.

Technology leaders think in outcomes. You need reliable systems, confidence in compliance and a clear picture of where artificial intelligence (AI) fits within your operation. We built the redesign around:

  • Historical credibility, modern expectations: We’ve served Central Pennsylvania organizations for over 80 years. Our mission of helping businesses make smart technology decisions hasn’t changed. How we communicate that work online has evolved to match how today’s leaders evaluate technology priorities.
  • Today’s technology realities: AI, cybersecurity, compliance and workflow automation are now part of daily operations for Central PA businesses
  • Business challenge first: The new structure starts with your business challenge. Whether you’re dealing with aging infrastructure, a fragmented IT environment, a compliance gap, or an AI evaluation, there’s a direct entry point for where you are.

Four Service Pillars for How Businesses Use Technology

We’ve organized Morefield’s services into four outcome-based pillars.

Infrastructure Design

Infrastructure Design covers the foundational systems your organization runs on. Building the right foundation helps reduce rework and supports stronger technology decisions over time. Our engineers design and implement network, voice, physical security and AV systems through a coordinated engagement:

  • Network architecture and structured cabling: We design networks that scale with your organization and infrastructure that supports how your teams work.
  • Secure connectivity and office technology systems: Our work spans conference room video platforms, physical security systems and integrated office technology environments.

IT Operations for Business

IT Operations for business is our ongoing, agreement-based technology engagement. Services include:

  • Help desk
  • Network monitoring
  • Device management
  • Software patching
  • Proactive issue resolution

For organizations building their technology operations from the ground up, we provide full operational coverage. If you already have an internal IT team, our co-managed model works alongside your staff to extend capabilities where you need them. Day-to-day focus on your environment creates operational consistency and frees your team for higher-value work.

Full-time Morefield employees staff our Service Desk, answering all calls live. Our expertise structure routes incidents to qualified technicians early in the process. We offer two engagement models:

  • Fully managed: We run day-to-day IT operations end-to-end on your behalf.
  • Co-managed: Our team works alongside your existing IT staff to extend capabilities and enable special projects.

Tech Strategy and Risk

Tech Strategy and Risk covers advisory, governance and cybersecurity work. Morefield supports Technical Advisory Services, risk assessments, GRC frameworks, cybersecurity solutions and incident response planning. We combine the strategic depth of a large technology organization with the responsiveness of a locally grounded team. Our team assesses risk, clarifies direction and aligns technology decisions with your operational and regulatory obligations.

For organizations in healthcare, financial services, and legal, regulatory compliance is a foundational requirement. We build and maintain that framework so your security governance stays documented, consistent and ready for review.

Capabilities include:

  • Risk and cybersecurity assessments identify gaps and establish your security baseline.
  • Next-generation firewalls, multifactor authentication and identity management control access and strengthen your security posture.
  • Endpoint detection and response addresses threats at the device level.
  • Backup and recovery planning supports operational continuity after an incident.
  • Cybersecurity awareness training prepares your staff to recognize and respond to threats.
Intelligent AI and Automation

Intelligent AI and Automation

Intelligent AI and Automation covers our work helping Central PA organizations move from AI curiosity to secure implementation. We identify where manual processes create friction, evaluate which AI tools can address those gaps and plan secure deployment within your technology environment. Our approach is human-led, meaning technology augments the people doing the work and enables their judgment.

Organizations that build a deliberate strategy early can move faster while keeping governance structures in place. We work with organizations to evaluate and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Our work covers:

  • Identifying which workflows are the right fit for Copilot.
  • Configuring the tool securely within your existing Microsoft environment.
  • Preparing your staff so that adoption is productive from day one.

Any AI tool introduced into your environment creates new data access points and workflow dependencies. Morefield builds security and compliance review into the adoption process from the start. Our goal is for technology to help your people make better decisions and focus their time on higher-value work. Your people stay in control.

Embedding AI and automation across our offerings is central to our long-term strategic direction, and the Intelligent AI and Automation pillar provides organizations with a clear entry point for engagement.

New Interactive Tools That Help You Find the Right Fit

The new site introduces two interactive features designed to give you useful context before engaging our team. Both tools help you evaluate fit, understand the general investment range and approach a first conversation with clearer direction.

The Solution Qualification Form

A short, guided form identifies which of the four service pillars, or which combination, best matches your current technology situation. After you answer a few questions about your size, industry and primary technology challenge, the form points you toward the best place to start.

The Partnership Cost Estimator

An interactive calculator gives you a general investment range for a Morefield partnership, based on your size, scope and service needs. Before your first conversation, you can answer a few questions about your organization and get a general sense of what a partnership may cost. The Partnership Cost Estimator reflects our commitment to transparency and to respecting your time.

More Ways to Connect and Learn

The new site also brings a cleaner navigation structure, expanded industry-specific content and an intentional resource hub:

  • Navigation gives each audience a clear entry point. The top-level structure includes About Us, What We Do and Who We Help for first-time prospects, current clients and decision-makers evaluating services.
  • Industry pages connect services to sector-specific priorities. The Who We Help section now features dedicated pages for legal firms, healthcare, financial services and manufacturing and distribution.
  • The Resource Hub brings Morefield’s insights into one place. You’ll find guidance around technology decisions, industry priorities and company updates.
